I am an assistant professor of finance with the
Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Previously, I received a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT and a Ph.D. in EECS from the University of Michigan.
A common theme of my research agenda is to study various informational settings and their implications in market microstructure, corporate finance, financial intermediation, and agency problems.
My research toolkit is at the interface of information economics, optimal control, and machine learning. CV
